After Tapping COME Download: Identify the Next Screen

The COME entry button opens an external app page. Check the screen you reach before assuming an APK has been downloaded or installed.

A web page is the first stage

If the browser shows page navigation, account controls or information about the app, you are still on a website. Read that page and identify its current Android download option. Opening the website alone does not create an installed app.

A transfer belongs to the browser

Look for a download notification or an entry in the browser download list. A completed file and a paused transfer need different next steps. Let the active transfer finish rather than tapping the same entry repeatedly.

The installer is a separate screen

  1. Check that the completed item is the Android file you intended.
  2. Open it through the device’s normal file-opening flow.
  3. Read the app identity and any permission or security message.
  4. Follow the appropriate device instructions only when you understand the source.

When you reach the app

After installation, open the app once. If a sign-in screen appears, the installation stage has ended and the account-access stage has begun. Repeating the file download will not explain an account password or verification-code problem.

Make the next action specific

Describe the screen, not just the button you tapped: page opened, transfer paused, installer warning or app sign-in. This makes it much easier to use the matching guide without repeating completed steps.
